Memberships
For those who may need more frequent visits, our membership plan offers flexible, cost-effective solutions. With a simple monthly or annual fee, the membership provides access to ongoing care at a reduced rate. You’ll get the support you need, when you need it.
Cordelia Membership – $65/month
Our membership is $65 per month, with a one-time registration fee of $99. However, if you choose to pay for your membership annually, we’ll waive the $99 registration fee—saving you even more!

No – we do not take health insurance.
We have transitioned to a self pay model. We offer individual visits at an affordable rate and, for those who may need frequent visits to optimize wellness, we offer a more cost friendly membership called a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. DPC is a primary care model where patients pay a monthly or annual fee to a medical practice for access to a range of primary care services. We will not be able to accept Medicaid patients.
Membership requires a monthly fee + a one time registration fee. The membership includes unlimited visits (within reason) and priority communication. We guarantee that you will be able to be seen within 2 business days if needed. We guarantee to respond to communication requests (via patient portal, text or phone call for urgent needs) within the same business day.
-
Our self-pay model eliminates the complexity of insurance, allowing you to know exactly what you’re paying for. Without the constraints of insurance approvals or surprise bills, you have full control over your healthcare spending, often at a lower overall cost.
-
With self-pay, you pay for each visit individually. Our membership plan, however, offers unlimited visits for a simple monthly or annual fee, which can be a more budget-friendly option if you require ongoing care.
-
We no longer accept any type of health insurance. By offering self-pay and membership options, we provide a straightforward approach to healthcare with transparent pricing.
-
Our pricing is based on the type of visit you need, ensuring that you only pay for the care you receive. We’ve designed our prices to be affordable and competitive.

You may be able to submit your receipt for reimbursement, but it depends on your insurance provider. We recommend checking with them directly for more information.

No. If we collect labs in office, you will not be charged for the collection. Labcorp will process the labs and bill your health insurance if you are insured. If you do not have health insurance, you will be sent an invoice through labcorp. This is true for all ancillary services including: ultrasounds, mammograms, xrays, CT scans, MRIs. The membership or self pay rate covers your visits with Cordelia Women’s Clinic only.
-
Cordelia Women’s Clinic keeps your credit card on file to ensure we are able to collect no show fees. No show appointments are lost revenue that are harmful to the success of small private practices.

We are legally not able to offer our services to Medicaid members.
“If a provider renders a Medicaid-covered service to a recipient, regardless of if the service is billed through the provider’s Medicaid provider number or any other entity including a non-Medicaid provider, the recipient shall not be billed for the service." DPC legislation
As written, the effect of the Kentucky governor's executive order is to prohibit Medicaid patients from signing up for DPC memberships regardless of the provider's status.
There are laws in Kentucky governing Direct Primary Care (DPC . Kentucky enacted DPC legislation (SB 79 on 03/17/17) to define DPC as outside of insurance. It became effective on 06/29/2017. If there is a change in any law (Federal, State, local) which affects this agreement, then changes or modifications of this agreement may take place to reflect the changes in the law.

We have opted out of Medicare which means Medicare cannot be billed for any services performed for the member by Cordelia Women’s Clinic (CWC). The member agrees not to make an attempt to collect from Medicare the membership fee for any services provided under the agreement. (Excluding labs and diagnosis tests etc). If a member becomes eligible for Medicare while under the care of CWC, she has a choice to find a provider who accepts Medicare, or to remain with CWC. For ancillary services the Medicare patient can be referred to an outside lab/facility that accepts Medicare.
